Opening arguments in the 9th Circuit over fate of DACA


The 9th Circuit will be the first federal appeals court to hear arguments about President Donald Trump's decision to phase out the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. Oral arguments begin today at 1pm. The Trump administration must convince the court that it was justified in ending the DACA program that has protected over 700,000 people.
