The Kelley Family Visits Chastek Library

This past week, the Chastek Library had the pleasure of having the family of William V. Kelley come up from California to pay us a visit and get a tour of the library. The Kelley Reading Room on the 1st floor of the Chastek Library is named after William V. Kelley. Mr. Kelley was a prominent member of the Washington bar, a former president of the Spokane County Bar Association (1940), and was a partner in the Spokane firm of Witherspoon Kelley.

Fun fact, the famous journalist and celebrity author Kitty Kelley is the daughter of William V. Kelley.
